Who the carpet rake suits

A good fit when

A vacuum takes the hair on top and leaves the hair trodden into the pile. This rake works into the pile: the metal edge lifts the hair and the rubber bristles gather it in the same stroke.

The handle comes in three 17-inch sections and reaches 56 inches, so you can rake a room standing up or shorten it for the sofa and the car. The set version adds two handheld tools. You peel the hair off and rinse the head.

Use light pressure on delicate fabric. The metal edge can pull loops.
It gathers hair into a pile. You still pick the pile up.
It is made for carpet and rugs, not for hard floors.

I have a rug that my brindle dog loves and its colors are rich red, black, orange green and blue, yet I can see the dog hair in the rug. I have tried so many sweepers and vacuum cleaners, this item picks up all the hair and makes the rug look new. It is a bit of a workout but well worth the time.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t have high hopes for these but I was proven so wrong. My grandma used to have a pet rake growing up and it worked so well for cat hair. The little spring one that comes with this pack is a game changer. It gets the cat hair from the floor, blankets and both of the cat trees. I don’t like the rake as much as the accessory tools. But overall I am so happy I bought it.

We received the item and the rake head was broken. I was able to fix with a hose gasket and kept the item and it works fine. Just note that you may have to do some repair repairs on your own.
