Is it the right one?

Who the scratch board with treat box suits

A good fit when

The plain board measures 13.5 x 9.8 inches and carries 80-grit sandpaper: put treats in the box and the dog scratches to reach them, filing the front nails as it goes.

The puzzle board is 12.6 x 11.8 x 1.6 inches with five treat compartments behind a window. You can set how hard it is, so a beginner wins early and an old hand stays interested. It has non-slip pads and a spare sandpaper sheet.

Know before you buy

Both work on front paws only.
80-grit is coarse. Keep sessions short and check the nails.
Some dogs need days of practice before they scratch on cue.
